Delegate Rates

We are always willing to tailor make a package to meet your individual requirements i.e. Breakfast Meetings from 7.30am, Evening Meetings up to 10.00pm or hire of room only, please contact us for further details. However set out below are our standard packages.

Each includes the following conference equipment: -

Overhead Projector and Screen Paper and Pencils Flip Chart and Easel Still and Sparkling Water, Cordials and Mints Photocopying (max 20 A4 copies) Room Hire

Day Delegate Package

All-inclusive package, ideal for the one-day and non-residential meetings.

You will have exclusive use of the Barathea Suite or the Namid Suite and refreshments will be served in the Lounge Bar.

On Arrival - You will be served freshly brewed tea and coffee.

Mid Morning - Break for freshly brewed tea and coffee from our selection, served with an assortment of biscuits.

Lunch - Your selected lunch will be served along with jugs of orange juice and iced water.

Afternoon Tea - Your last break of the day and we invite you to be tempted by a selection of cakes served again with freshly brewed tea and coffee.
